Ticketmaster has announced a major enhancement to its ticketing experience with the introduction of new Apple Wallet features for iOS 18. The new features aim to give event attendees more information at their fingertips mouth, to enhance their overall experience.

With an updated ticket, users will receive more valuable features added to the Apple Wallet app. Attendees can access detailed site maps, parking instructions, and even local weather forecasts to ensure they are well prepared for their event. Additionally, fans will have the opportunity to see recommended songs on Apple Music, making it easier to set the mood before the show. The new shared location feature also allows ticket holders to instantly notify friends of their arrival time, creating a more interactive experience.

Groups and venues will also benefit from this upgrade, with links to their apps or websites being able to be added directly to Wallet tickets. This will facilitate attendees’ access to resources and updates.
