Over 60,000+ Tickets Sold for 2025 Women’s Rugby World Cup

More than 60,000 tickets have already been sold for the opening match of the upcoming Women's Rugby World Cup 2025 in England






Sara Massey, executive director of the Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025, expressed her delight at the impressive ticket sales.


“This is a fantastic product, allowing fans to start planning their experience for the Women’s Rugby World Cup in England,” said Messi. “Enthusiasm and demand from across the country is evident with over 60,000 tickets sold.”


The official awards ceremony will be held on October 17, followed by the release of the full schedule of the competition just five days later. These events are expected to increase ticket sales as fans get more information about the matchup.


From November 5 to November 19, a two-week period will be open for fans to apply for tickets to each match. In addition, senior global partner MasterCard is offering cardholders 48-hour priority from 22 to 24 October.



The tournament kicks off at the Light Stadium in Sunderland on August 22, with the grand final scheduled for September 27 at Twickenham.
